Ocean Bay Park Beach Treasure

The Property

Located on a quiet street close to the ferry dock and amenities of Ocean Bay Park, our Fire Island home is newly renovated, sleeps 6, and has wraparound decks and a large grill. The over sized double-lot property is surrounded by a gated deer fence and is very private. A guest cottage on the property is also available for rent.

The modern kitchen includes a brand new subzero refrigerator and top of the line stainless steel appliances (including a hot water tap pot filler over the stove.) The kitchen overlooks the great room and is fully stocked with plates, cups, cutlery, cooking utensils and accessories.

The great room is perfect for dining and entertaining and has a twin size sleeper sofa. Also included is DirecTV and wifi.

The kitchen is open to the great room which can seat 8 for dining. High ceilings and lots of windows make this house very open and bright.

Wraparound decks provide even more entertainment and relaxing space than inside! There's lots of seating for outdoor relaxing or dining.

Bedrooms

BEDROOM 1 can be configured with 2 twin beds or a king bed and includes air conditioning and a large closet to keep all of your belongings.

BEDROOM 2 has adult size bunk beds and a twin bed to sleep up to 3

Guest Cottage

The guest cottage can be configured with Twin beds or a King bed.

The kitchenette includes a refridgerator, dishwasher, wine fridge and sink.

The cottage has an oversized bathroom with bathtub and laundry.
